“If I am not for myself, who will be for me?
when I am for myself, what am I? And if not now, when?” – Rabbi Hillel

Me and Lotta welcome you in this workshop to the realm of now by letting life’s energy flow freely into your body.
We will invite you to explore the art of listening to your own life’s rhythm and learn to flow together in it.
In this 3 day journey you will give yourself space to breathe deeper, inviting in softness, self love and full acceptance through the practices of yoga and dance but also relaxing throug forest walks in the healing power of nature.

Each day will include yoga, meditation, mindfulness and the art of free dancing, practices that have the sole intention of aiding you to set your heart and mind free.

All levels from beginners to experienced yogis, dancers and meditators are welcome. Newcomers will learn the basics of yogic and contemplative practices, while experienced yogis will find inroads to deepen their existing practice.
Note the retreat will be both in English and Swedish.

Leonor Österberg

ME

With a background of intensive sports training (triathlon) Leonor started to develop a deep curiosity for taking the body one step further. Focus and hard practice took her into an inward journey only to discover that the word “i cannot” was a trap built by thoughts.
Travelling and self inquiry broadened her perspective into life’s existential questions. The long 3 month boat trip between Portugal and Brazil changed forever her perspective on life, and after further explorations thru Southeast Asia she settled in the country of Sweden. While settling, Leonor chose the yogic path, committed to self knowledge disciplines and the practice of yoga.
After becoming a Samayoga teacher, she taught classes in her hometown Lisbon and was devoted to continue teaching in the city of Västerås where she has been living for over a decade.
Leonor created Your Sweet Yoga Spot, a business that develops and co facilitates yoga and raw food workshops and retreats with a clear and deep holistic intention of service for health, body and soul.
Leonor is dedicated to inspire others to change lifestyles that no longer serve them by providing yoga personal assessment models suitable to implement change. These ‘one on one’ sessions are a support program to a new lifestyle, merging the practice of yoga, mind shifting, meditation and nutrition.

Lotta Andreasson

Lotta - Om migjpg
Since young age, Lotta has spent much of her life reflecting about what makes a human being feel well at all levels – physically, mentally and emotionally.
The journey took her into the path of yoga where, after some years, she found a yoga form that truly spoke to her heart: Samayoga* .
The insight that she needed to share this beautiful wisdom of yoga with others, came shortly after.
In her own experience, Samayoga helped her on her way through life and its challenges but also made her feel a deeper presence, acceptance, love, strength and joy in life.
A few years later Lotta came in contact with Liberating Dance** and found another powerful tool for her personal growth.
Now a guide in Liberating Dance, but also a health advisor in Ayurveda, Lotta’s intention and desire is to create a space for the student to experience his/her entire being. A space where all parts of you – body, mind, emotions and soul – can merge completely to experience it’s own fullness. The “Freedom to be Me”.

*What is Samayoga?
The practices and disciplines that bring us to harmony and balance in all aspects of life as well as understanding the choices that bring us equanimity.
Samayoga is taught intuitively from the heart, it´s a practice that brings you back to yourself, to land in relaxation, trust and contentment with whatever your life brings. Samayoga brings balance and health physically, mentally and emotionally.

**What is Liberating Dance?
You move your body with free movements and with closed or half closed eyes you focus your attention on what is happening inside of you while moving.
